Our Team

Adrian Copeland

Adrian is a Chartered Physiotherapist. He graduated from UCD in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Following this he started his career in the Mater hospital in Dublin where he stayed for two years; He gained experience in areas such as Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal injuries, Neurological rehabilitation, and Intensive care.

In 2007 Adrian completed a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual therapy in Curtain University Western Australia. This course was given by some of the most well renowned people in physiotherapy and was invaluable in learning a lot of the techniques he uses today. He then worked in a private practice in Naas before opening Physio Solutions in Gorey in 2008.

Adrian has a keen interest in Sports. He has played AIL league rugby with St Mary’s College in Dublin and in recent years for Gorey RFC. He is involved in providing physiotherapy to many of the local sporting clubs and since 2010 he is the head Physiotherapist with the Wexford senior football team. He has also chaired a committee involved in providing physiotherapy services and advice to the Dublin City Marathon for the last five years and more recently has become involved in the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon.

Adrian has a desire to grow Physio Solutions to become the best physiotherapy practice in county Wexford. He and his colleagues have a strong interest in Manual Therapy and are trained in using the most recent evidenced based techniques in treating injuries. He also believes as shown by recent research that rehabilitation through specific exercise programs to both prevent and fully rehabilitate a person’s injury should be part of any treatment. His new facilities with rehabilitation gym and Pilates studio at Market Square in Gorey allow him to do this and get the best results for his patients.
